Abstract

The drying method of the ceramic blank comprises the following steps of: putting a bottom water absorbing material in the bottom of a cavity of a drying box; putting a blank on the bottom water absorbing material; putting a top water absorbing material on the blank; applying a uniform pressure to the top water absorbing material; and hermetically drying the blank. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the ceramic body. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: performing gelcasting on ceramic powder to form the ceramic blank; drying the ceramic blank by employing the drying method; heating the ceramic blank to remove organic matters; and performing high-temperature sintering. The invention also discloses the ceramic body which is prepared by employing the preparation method. According to the method and product disclosed by the invention, the water content of the blank is reduced to a great extent, the moisture gradient of the blank in the drying process is reduced to reduce the stress and strain so as to prevent the ceramic blank from cracking and inhibit deformation of the ceramic blank, and the process is simple and the cost is low.
