Abstract

The invention discloses a sealing ring PTFE resin composite material for an anti-corrosion spindle. The sealing ring PTFE resin composite material contains the following components by weight percent: 5-15% of carbon fiber, 6-12% of modified imvite, 2-5% of molybdenum oxide, 0.1-0.5% of nonyl phenol, 1-2% of coupling reagent and the balance of PTFE, wherein the modified imvite is the Na-montmorillonite modified with 1,3-bi-cetyl benzimidazole salt. The invention also discloses a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, the carbon fiber is added into the PTFE, so that the stretching, compressing and bending modulus of the material can be increased and the corrosion resistance of the material is promoted; the modified imvite and molybdenum oxide can effectively promote the mechanical property and corrosion resistance of the material; the nonyl phenol is capable of effectively promoting the corrosion resistance of the material; the sealing ring for the anti-corrosion spindle prepared from the material according to the invention has excellent corrosion resistance, the mechanical performance is not reduced under the condition of long-term contact with refrigerant oil and the service life is long.
