Problems solved by technology

[0006] The phenomenon of pollution flashover is caused by the accumulation of dirt on insulators and the reduction of insulation performance when exposed to water. The current treatment method is real-time detection of dirt on insulators and regular cleaning of dirt. Although the risk of pollution flashover has been reduced, it still needs improvement

Embodiment 1

[0027] An antifouling flashover coating for electrical equipment, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 13 parts of silicone resin, 6.5 parts of fluorinated titanium dioxide powder, 5.2 parts of fumed silica powder, 0.25 parts of silane coupling agent, and 1.7 parts of auxiliary agent parts, 1.15 parts of carbon black, 60.2 parts of mixed solvent, and 12 parts of curing agent.

Embodiment 2

[0029] An antifouling flashover coating for electrical equipment, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 14 parts of silicone resin, 6 parts of fluorinated titanium dioxide powder, 5 parts of fumed silica powder, 0.2 part of silane coupling agent, and 1.8 parts of auxiliary agent 1 part, 1 part of carbon black, 62 parts of mixed solvent, 10 parts of curing agent.

[0030] The preparation method of above-mentioned embodiment 1-2 is as follows:

[0031] (1) Add silicone resin, most of the mixed solvent, dispersant, and carbon black to the heating mixer in sequence, stir for 15m, the stirring speed is 1000rpm, and the temperature is 60°C;

[0032] (2) Pour fumed silica powder and silane coupling agent into the heating mixer in sequence, stir for 5m, the stirring speed is 1000rpm, and the temperature is 60°C;

[0033] (3) Put fluorinated titanium dioxide powder, defoamer, and leveling agent into the heating mixer in sequence, stir for 8m, the stirring speed is 12...

Embodiment 3

[0037] For insulators already used in power transmission lines, clean them first, and then use the spraying process to spray the anti-fouling flashover coating prepared by the present invention, with a thickness of 10-15 μm and dry at room temperature. The self-cleaning properties of the surface coating reduce dirt adhesion, Hydrophobicity can reduce the residence time of water on the coating, effectively reducing the probability of pollution flashover during use.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of coatings, and specifically relates to an anti-pollution flashover coating for an electrical device and a preparation method thereof. The coating is hydrophobic, insulated and self-cleaning coating developed based on pollution flashover occurring principle and is applicable to the surface treatment of an outdoor electrical device, in particular an insulator. The anti-pollution flashover coating comprises 5-20 parts of organic silicon resin, 2-12 parts of fluoridized titanium dioxide powder, 1-10 parts of fumed silica powder, 0.1-0.5 part of silane couplingagent, 0.2-3 parts of auxiliary, 0.3-2 parts of carbon black, 50-80 parts of mixed solvent, and 8-15 parts of a curing agent. The anti-pollution flashover coating has the beneficial effects of being hydrophobic, anti-pollution, self-cleaning, and insulated, and is applicable to an outer coating layer of the outdoor electrical device; nano silica and the silane coupling agent are compounded, so that the superficiality of the coating layer is greatly reduced, and the hydrophobic and oleophobic performances of the coating layer are improved; nano fluoridized titanium dioxide is added, so that thecoating is capable of self-cleaning; the coating has a good adhering performance relative to a base material, and is high in weather resistance, resistant to high- and low-temperature, resistance toillumination, and resistance to radiativity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of coatings, in particular to an antifouling flashover coating for electrical equipment and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Paint, traditionally known as paint in China. The so-called paint is coated on the surface of the object to be protected or decorated, and can form a continuous film firmly attached to the object to be coated, usually based on resin, oil, or emulsion, with or without adding pigments, fillers, adding The corresponding additives are viscous liquids prepared with organic solvents or water. [0003] In the area where the transmission line passes, industrial pollution, salt spray from the sea breeze, dust in the air and other pollutants gradually accumulate and adhere to the surface of the insulator, forming a pollution layer. This dirt contains acid, alkali and salt components, which have poor electrical conductivity when dry, and have a higher electrical conductivity wh...
