Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly fishing-net copper-free protective glue. The glue comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5%-35% of resin, 5%-28% of a modified bactericide, 7%-13% of pigments and fillers, 1%-9% of an anti-settling agent, and 30%-55% of a solvent. The modified bactericide contained by the glue provided by the invention has a bactericidal property, so that a microbial membrane generated on the surface of a substrate can be removed, therefor a hotbed attached by marine organisms can be eliminated, and staining organisms are prevented from beingattached to a fishing net for survival; and on the other hand, the glue is a copper-free protective glue, so that the biological pollution caused by copper ions is avoided. An environment-friendly fishing net copper-free protective coating can reach 35-50 micrometers, so that the weight of the fishing net is increased slightly after dip coating, the service life of the fishing net is prolonged, and the coating follows the thermal expansion principle of the fishing net. The invention further discloses a dip coating method for manufacturing the environment-friendly fishing-net copper-free protective coating. The process is simple; the cost is low; and the coating is easy to popularize and use among common fishermen, and has good environmental protection benefits and economic benefits.
