Abstract

The invention discloses a transparent additive for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics. The transparent additive is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of polyethylene wax, 23-41 parts of fatty acid, 13-19 parts of stabilizer, 5-9 parts of reactant, 0.1-0.3 part of hydrogen peroxide, 12-33 parts of additive, 8-45 parts of ethylene oxide and 0.1-0.3 part of anti-aging agent. Compared with the prior art, the transparent additive for the PVC plastics has the advantages that due to use of the polyethylene wax in the transparent additive for the PVC plastics, the transparent additive for the PVC plastics can improve the cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance of the PVC plastics; hydrogen peroxide guarantees the supply of oxygen molecules in a reaction process; ethylene oxide guarantees the chemical formation of the additives; the stabilizer, the additives and the anti-aging agent effectively improve the overall performance; the transparency is improved while the using amount of the transparent additive is reduced. The preparation process is simpler, the labor cost and the raw material cost arereduced, and the product is convenient and fast to use.
