The drought-enduring seed coating agent of the oilseed rape is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage bymass: 20.0-30.0% of ammonium polyacrylate, 6.0-10.0% of potassium acrylate, 0.05-0.5% of abscisic acid (ABA), 0.05-0.5% of strigolactone, 1.0-5.0% of chitosan, 3.0-5.0% of trehalose, 0.5-1.5% of cross-linking agent (vulcanizing agent S-80), 3.0-5.0% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 10.0-20.0% of starch and 22.5-56.4% of distilled water.
