Abstract

The invention discloses a nano-modified inorganic heat insulation board and a preparation process thereof. The board is composed of: cement, a mineral mixture, water, an early strength agent, a waterrepellent, a nano-modifying material, fibers, a dispersant, a foaming agent, and a nano-polymer emulsion. The preparation process includes: successively pouring the water, cement, mineral mixture, early strength agent, water repellent, nano-modifying material and fibers into a stirring machine, adding the dispersant, and adding the foaming agent to make foamed slurry; injecting the foamed slurry in a mould to obtain a cement-based light-weight reinforced heat insulation board; uniformly spray-coating the surface of the cement-based light-weight reinforced heat insulation board with the nano-polymer emulsion until the emulsion permeates through the surface of the core of the inorganic heat insulation board, and drying and maintaining the product. By adding the nano-scale graphite, mechanical and thermal performances of the cement-based porous material are significantly improved; by means of the surface permeation coating treatment, quality problems of low surface strength, high water absorption rate, low toughness, and poor compatibility with matched mortar of the cement-based porous material are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a nano-modified inorganic thermal insulation board and a preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] The current domestic building energy-saving measures mainly adopt high-efficiency thermal insulation materials on the inside or outside of the building envelope (external wall) for auxiliary thermal insulation. Currently, commonly used materials for external wall thermal insulation systems include organic thermal insulation boards, inorganic thermal insulation boards and Composite insulation board. Organic insulation boards such as polystyrene boards cannot be used in a large area because they do not achieve Class A fire protection effects, and are prone to fire; inorganic insulation boards such as rock wool have properties such as low tensile strength and high water absorption, which lead to their limited range of use; Although the foamed cement board h...
