Problems solved by technology

[0004] In order to solve the existing problems of low extraction efficiency of hemicellulose, high energy consumption, low product purity, and high hemicellulose structure damage rate, the present invention proposes a method for extracting hemicellulose in biomass by a low eutectic solvent compound alkali method. The method first removes lignin and then extracts hemi-lignin, which not only avoids partial extraction of lignin by lye, but also protects the basic structure of hemi-lignin

Embodiment 1

[0023] The invention provides a method for extracting hemicellulose in biomass by a low eutectic solvent composite alkali method, comprising the following steps,

[0024] First crush poplar sawdust to 20 mesh and dry at 45°C. Weigh 10 g of pulverized poplar wood chips into a reactor, add 50 mL of DES prepared from oxalic acid and choline chloride, stir at 85° C. for 6 hours, and then filter the product with suction to obtain filtrate and filter residue. Add 1 volume of water to the filtrate and let it stand still, then centrifuge at 4200rpm for 20 minutes, and dry the sedimented material at 105°C to constant weight to obtain crude lignin with a yield of 17%; DES can be recovered after the supernatant is rotary evaporated to remove water The filter residue was washed to neutral and then leached overnight with 1% sodium hydroxide for 12 hours. After suction filtration with medium-speed qualitative filter paper, the filtrate was adjusted to pH=7 with 1% glacial acetic acid, and t...

[0026] The invention provides a method for extracting hemicellulose in biomass by a low eutectic solvent composite alkali method, comprising the following steps,

[0027] First crush the jade wood core to 60 mesh, and dry it at 45°C. Weigh 10 g of crushed corncobs into a reactor, add 100 mL of DES prepared from malic acid and choline chloride, stir at 85° C. for 8 hours, and then filter the product with suction to obtain filtrate and filter residue. Add 1 times the volume of water to the filtrate and let it stand still, then centrifuge at 4200rpm for 20 minutes, and dry the sediment at 105°C to constant weight to obtain crude lignin with a yield of 35%; DES can be recovered after the supernatant is rotary evaporated to remove water The filter residue was washed to neutral and then leached overnight with 8% sodium hydroxide for 10 hours. After suction filtration with medium-speed qualitative filter paper, the filtrate was adjusted to pH=7 with 1% glacial acetic acid, and then 3...

Embodiment 3

[0029] This embodiment provides a method for extracting hemicellulose in biomass by low eutectic solvent composite alkali method, comprising the following steps,

[0030] The wheat straw is crushed to 80 mesh first, and dried at 45°C. Weigh 10 g of crushed wheat straw and put it into a reactor, add 80 mL of DES prepared by lactic acid and choline chloride, stir at 85° C. for 10 hours, and then suction filter the product to obtain filtrate and filter residue. Add 1 times the volume of water to the filtrate and let it stand still, then centrifuge at 4200rpm for 20 minutes, and dry the sediment at 105°C to constant weight to obtain crude lignin with a yield of 44%. DES can be recovered after the supernatant is rotary evaporated to remove water The filter residue was washed to neutral and then leached overnight with 4% sodium hydroxide for 12 hours. After suction filtration with medium-speed qualitative filter paper, the filtrate was adjusted to pH=7 with 1% glacial acetic acid, a...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting hemicelluloses from biomasses by low co-melting solvent composite alkaline. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pulverizing and drying biomass;(2) preparing a low co-melting solvent from choline chloride and organic acid; (3) mixing the low co-melting solvent with biomass powder and stirring; (4) carrying out suction filtration on mixed liquid which is reacted completely, and separately storing filter residues and filtrate for subsequent use; (5) adding ionized water in the filtrate, standing for a period of time, then centrifuging for20 min at 4200 rpm, drying the obtained settled substances to be in constant weight at the temperature of 105 DEG C, and naturally cooling to obtain rough lignin; and (6) washing the filter residues with deionized water to be neutral, extracting and filtering with alkali liquor, regulating to be neutral, adding ethanol, standing for a period of time and then centrifuging, drying the obtained settled substances to be in constant weight at the temperature of 105 DEG C, and naturally cooling to obtain the hemicelluloses. The yield of low co-melting alkali extracted lignin is higher than the yieldin the prior by 7-42 percentages, the yield of the hemicelluloses is greater than or equal to 78%, and the purity is greater than or equal to 85%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biochemical industry, in particular to a method for extracting hemicellulose in biomass by a low eutectic solvent compound alkali method. Background technique [0002] Hemi-lignins are a class of non-cellulosic copolysaccharides tightly associated with cellulose, especially lignin. The chemical structure of hemi-lignin is complex, not only has the main chain of different lengths, but also has side chains with different structures and various conformations. In addition, hemi-lignin has a variety of sugar groups, including five-carbon sugars such as xylose and arabinose, and six-carbon sugars such as rhamnose, galactose, mannose, and glucose. The complex structure and diversity of composition make hemi-lignin widely used in many fields. In the food industry, hemi-lignin can be used as a food adhesive, thickener, stabilizer and hydrocoagulant; in the pharmaceutical industry, hemi-lignin can be used as a se...
