Abstract
The invention discloses a ship domestic sewage treatment coupling nitrogen and phosphorus recovery integrated system. The system comprises a sewage mixing tank, a main function tank (an anaerobic zone, a struvite crystallization zone, a membrane biological reaction zone and a precipitation zone) and an ultraviolet disinfection system which are connected in sequence. The system also comprises a seawater storage tank and a magnesium ion nanofiltration concentration device, wherein the magnesium ion nanofiltration concentration device is connected with the struvite crystallization zone and the seawater storage tank respectively. The invention also discloses a method for treating ship domestic sewage and recovering nitrogen and phosphorus by using the system. The system and the method providedby the invention follow the requirement that the modern sewage treatment technology under the current sustainable development concept should simultaneously have the functions of water quality improvement, low energy consumption, pollutant resource utilization and the like, combine the characteristics of high concentrations of organic matters and nitrogen and phosphorus in ship domestic sewage tosolve the problems of low nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency, high energy consumption, resource waste and the like in the prior art, and can provide theoretical and technical support for the popularization and application of novel ship sewage advanced treatment and resource recovery processes and equipment.
