Problems solved by technology

Many studies have proved that adding growth factors to hydrogel can effectively treat cartilage damage, but due to the special structure of hydrogel, it is easy to cause the sudden release of growth factors, and the treatment effect is not ideal
In addition, the existing hydrogel cartilage repair materials are mostly used for repairing cartilage damage after molding, which is inconvenient to operate and difficult to plastic in clinical use

Embodiment 1

[0030] An injectable hydrogel for cartilage repair, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 47.5 parts of aminated chondroitin sulfate, 47.5 parts of oxidized dextran, and 5 parts of sodium alginate microspheres encapsulating growth factors. The hydrogel is in the form of a liquid gel.

[0031] The preparation method of the present embodiment hydrogel is:

[0032] (1) Preparation of aminated chondroitin sulfate

[0033] Weigh chondroitin sulfate and dissolve it in distilled water to prepare a chondroitin sulfate solution with a concentration of 5 mg / mL, then adjust the pH of the chondroitin sulfate solution to 6.8 with a concentration of 0.1 mol / L NaOH solution and HCl solution, and then massage Mole ratio of chondroitin sulfate: adipic acid dihydrazide: 1-hydroxybenzotriazole: 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride = 1:10:5 : 5, add adipic dihydrazide, 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, t...

Embodiment 2

[0042] An injectable cartilage repair hydrogel, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of aminated chondroitin sulfate, 50 parts of oxidized dextran, and 5 parts of sodium alginate microspheres encapsulating growth factors. The hydrogel is in the form of a liquid gel.

[0043] The preparation method of the hydrogel in this example is the same as that in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0045] An injectable hydrogel for cartilage repair, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 49.5 parts of aminated chondroitin sulfate, 49.5 parts of oxidized dextran, and 1 part of sodium alginate microspheres encapsulating growth factors. The hydrogel is in the form of a liquid gel.

[0046] The preparation method of the hydrogel in this example is the same as that in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to injectable cartilage repairing hydrogel and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of biochemical engineering. The injectable cartilage repairing hydrogel with a long-lasting slow-release growth factor is successfully prepared from materials such as aminated chondroitin sulfate, oxidized dextran and a sealing growth factor, namely sodium alginate microspheres. With the adoption of the sodium alginate microspheres in the hydrogel, long-lasting slow release of the growth factor is achieved; in addition, the aminated chondroitin sulfate and the oxidized dextran form the hydrogel through a Schiff base reaction, so that the purpose of injection of the hydrogel can be achieved, and convenience can be brought to clinical operation. The injectablecartilage repairing hydrogel provided by the invention has good biocompatibility and a cartilage induction repairing capability, and has a remarkable promotion function on regeneration of damaged cartilage tissue.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an injectable cartilage repair hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biomedical engineering. Background technique [0002] Articular cartilage defect is a disease with a very high incidence rate in clinical practice. With the increase of age, patients with this disease will have more and more obvious limb disabilities, which greatly affects the life, work and other social conditions of patients. These activities have brought a greater medical burden to patients. [0003] At present, the treatment method of cartilage injury has non-surgical therapy and surgical treatment method, and non-operative therapy includes drug therapy (anti-inflammatory drugs such as glucocorticoid drugs and non-steroidal) and physiotherapy (infrared radiation). The principles of these two treatment methods are based on reducing the sensitivity of the nerves in the joints, thereby relieving the pain caused by joi...
