Abstract

The invention provides a straw organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) crushing straw, then carrying out pretreatment under an alkali-heat condition, adding humic acid raw powder into the crushed straw, and carrying out heating to obtain a mixture A; (2) adding calcium chloride into the mixture A until no precipitate isgenerated to obtain a mixture B; (3) adding furfural residues into the mixture B, and carrying out uniform mixing and drying to obtain a mixture C; and (4) drying the mixture C at a high temperature, adding a certain amount of a compound fertilizer, and uniformly carrying out mixing to obtain the powdery organic fertilizer. According to the invention, the crop straw can be massively treated in a short time, and industrial and agricultural organic wastes are fully utilized to prepare the organic fertilizer which has a high organic matter content and is rich in various nutrient elements, so thata novel mode of straw returning is formed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural waste, in particular to a straw organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] As a large agricultural country, my country produces about 700 million tons of crop straw every year. Crop straw is a very rich renewable resource. Straw is rich in organic matter and nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur and other nutrients. It is also an important biomass resource and can be used as fertilizer, feed, fuel and Raw materials for industrial production, etc. However, at present, in addition to being used for papermaking, feed or feed raw materials, and returning to the field for fertilizer production, a large amount of crop straw is directly burned every year, which not only pollutes the environment but also produces waste. With the implementation of the national policy of prohibiting open-air burning of straw, a large amount of straw needs ...
