Embodiment 1

[0044] A preparation method containing three-dimensional zinc oxide filter screen, comprising the following steps:

[0045] S1, cleaning: choose nickel or copper or silver material as the substrate, put the substrate material into acetone, ethanol, deionized water in turn for ultrasonic cleaning;

[0046] S2, drying the base material cleaned in step S1 in an oven, and cooling it for use;

[0047] S3, using the magnetron sputtering method, the zinc oxide target is hit on the cooled base material, and in an atmosphere with a nitrogen and oxygen ratio of 5:50, the atmosphere pressure is between 2 Pa, so that the zinc oxide target grows on the base material. Zinc seed layer; the seed layer is grown by magnetron sputtering, and the obtained zinc oxide nanorods have the advantages of uniform length, uniform thickness, regular and dense growth;

[0048]S4, grow zinc oxide nanorods on the basis of the seed layer formed in step S3 by a hydrothermal method to obtain a three-dimensional...

Embodiment 2

[0051] A wastewater treatment device based on three-dimensional zinc oxide, such as figure 2 As shown, it includes a wastewater treatment pipeline 2, a water inlet 1, the water inlet 1 is located at one end of the wastewater treatment pipeline 2, and the flow rate control device 3 is located outside the water inlet 1 for controlling the flow rate of the wastewater, and also includes The filter screen 5 containing zinc oxide and the ultraviolet lamp (4, 6), the filter screen 5 containing zinc oxide is fixed in the middle part of the waste water treatment pipeline 2. The ultraviolet lamp (4, 6) is located in the filter screen 5 containing zinc oxide One side, and is fixedly connected with the top of waste water treatment pipeline 2, and the number of described ultraviolet lamps is an even number, and the present embodiment is two ultraviolet lamps, is respectively ultraviolet lamp 4 and ultraviolet lamp 6, and described ultraviolet lamp 4 and UV lamp 6 uses ultraviolet light wi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a wastewater treatment device based on three-dimensional zinc oxide and a use method thereof. The device comprises a wastewater treatment pipeline, a water inlet, a flow speedcontrol device, a filter screen containing three-dimensional zinc oxide, an ultraviolet lamp, a water outlet, a wastewater tank, a wastewater tank outlet valve, a pump machine and a wastewater tank reflux valve. When the wastewater flows through the filter screen containing the three-dimensional zinc oxide, organic pollutants in the wastewater are degraded through photocatalytic reaction by the zinc oxide under the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp. When the concentration of organic pollutants contained in the wastewater is higher than a discharge standard value, the outlet valve is closed, the reflux valve is opened and the pump machine is started to feed the wastewater back to the water inlet again, and then the flow velocity is adjusted to repeatedly carry out the photocatalytic reaction, so that the wastewater is degraded again. The device realizes repeated recycling of the wastewater treatment net, and achieves the effect of efficient wastewater treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment in environmental protection, and in particular relates to a wastewater treatment device based on three-dimensional zinc oxide and a use method thereof. Background technique [0002] Wastewater treatment is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently in environmental protection projects. Traditional water treatment methods are not only low in efficiency, high in cost, but may also cause secondary pollution. However, the development and application of nanotechnology may completely solve this problem. [0003] In the existing nanotechnology research, photochemical and photocatalytic oxidation is an advanced oxidation technology that has been studied more. The so-called photocatalytic reaction is a chemical reaction under the action of light; the photochemical reaction requires molecules to absorb electromagnetic radiation of a specific wavelength, stimulated to generate molecular ex...
