Embodiment 1

[0030] The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a sorbifolia husk-based porous carbon material for gold adsorption, comprising the following preparation steps:

[0031] S1. Take sorbifolia husks and use high-pressure hot air to purify the surface and dry them, then transport the dried radix sorbifolia husks into a gasification furnace. The temperature of the drying treatment is 80°C, and the drying time is 2 hours;

[0032] S2. The gasifier is a downdraft gasifier. The gasifier adopts a new type of rotating flat grate to prevent the bias flow and rapid increase in bed pressure that are likely to occur when the gas and solid flow in the downdraft gasifier. The throat is injected with mixed gasification agents with different ratios and injection angles. By adjusting the ratio of the mixed gasification agents, the ratio is air: water vapor = 1:1-3, which can be specifically selected as air: water vapor = 1:1. Realize the control of the working tempe...

[0039] The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a sorbifolia husk-based porous carbon material for gold adsorption, comprising the following preparation steps:

[0040] S1. Take Xantho sorbifolia husks and use high-pressure hot air to purify the surface and dry them, then transport the dried radix sorbifolia husks into a gasifier, the drying temperature is 70°C, and the drying time is 2.5 hours;

[0041] S2. The gasifier is a downdraft gasifier. The gasifier adopts a new type of rotating flat grate to prevent the bias flow and rapid increase in bed pressure that are likely to occur when the gas and solid flow in the downdraft gasifier. The throat is injected with mixed gasification agents with different proportions and injection angles. By adjusting the ratio of the mixed gasification agents, the ratio is air: water vapor = 1:1-3. Specifically, it can be selected as air: water vapor = 1:2. Realize the control of the working temperature of the gas...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a shiny-leaved yellowhorn shell-based porous carbon material for gold adsorption, and relates to the technical field of preparation of porous carbon materials. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: S1, taking shiny-leaved yellowhorn shells, purifying the surfaces by utilizing high-pressure hot air, drying, and conveying thedried shiny-leaved yellowhorn shells into a gasification furnace; and S2, injecting mixed gasification agents with different proportions and injection angles into the throat of a gasification furnaceusing a novel rotary flat grate, wherein the working temperature of the gasification furnace is controlled at 1000 DEG C to 1150 DEG C by adjusting the ratio of the air to the water vapor in the mixed gasification agent to 1:1-3. According to the invention, the yield of the porous carbon is 15-20%, the specific surface area is 800-1500 m<2>/g, the phenol adsorption rate is greater than or equal to 450 mg/g, and the bulk specific gravity is 0.35-0.45 g/cm<3>.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of porous carbon materials, in particular to a method for preparing a sorbifolia husk-based porous carbon material used for gold adsorption.
