The expression quantity of the gene is regulated and controlled by promoting different miRNA of the OPR gene, and final fatty acid components are analyzed by virtue of gas chromatography, so that a molecular mechanism and molecular biology function of theOPR gene, for regulating and controlling the components of the fatty acid, of the oilseed rapes are researched, and a potential novel gene resource is provided for cultivation of high oleic acid or other high-quality oilseed rapes.
