Embodiment

[0011] Embodiment: Indoor antibacterial activity assay and result

[0012] Mycelia growth rate method: According to a certain concentration gradient, add the test compound into the medium that has been sterilized and cooled to about 50°C, mix well, and dilute the agent into a series of concentrations to prepare a drug-containing medium. Each petri dish Inoculate a bacterium dish (diameter d=5mm), and set 3 repetitions for each concentration; and use azoxystrobin as a control agent to determine the inhibitory activity of the compound on 6 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi. Cultivate at 25°C until the control colony covers more than 2 / 3 of the petri dish, measure the colony diameter (mm) of each concentration treatment by the cross method, take the average value as a representative, and calculate the growth inhibition rate of the drug on the mycelium, and the difference Statistical analysis was carried out using statistical software SAS8.1 (StatisticalAnalysisSystem8.1). The inhi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a new application of a naphthylamine antifungal drug as a pesticide bactericide in crop disease control. The napthalene benzylamine antifungal drugs are naftifine hydrochloride, terbinafine hydrochloride and butenafine hydrochloride. Crop diseases caused by rhizoctonia solani, sclerotinia sclerotiorum, botrytis cinerea, fusarium graminearum, magnaporthe oryzae and fusariumoxysporum of cotton can be prevented and treated; especially, terbinafine hydrochloride and butenafine hydrochloride have excellent antibacterial effects on sclerotinia sclerotiorum, botrytis cinerea, fusarium graminearum, magnaporthe grisea and fusarium oxysporum of cotton, and the antibacterial effects are significantly higher than those of commercial bactericides azoxystrobin, so that the terbinafine hydrochloride and butenafine hydrochloride can be applied to prevention and treatment of crop diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural fungicides, more specifically, relates to the use of naphthalene benzylamine antifungal drugs as agricultural fungicides in preventing and controlling crop diseases. Background technique [0002] Plant diseases seriously threaten the healthy development of agriculture and food security. The annual grain loss caused by plant diseases has exceeded 11% of the output. For example, paddy fields in my country are affected by sheath blight, causing a loss of 6 million tons of grain every year, and wheat is affected by head blight, causing a 10% to 30% reduction in production every year. The serious occurrence of plant diseases, the development of resistance of pathogenic bacteria and the abuse of chemical fungicides have aggravated the resistance of plant pathogens to fungicides, seriously threatening environmental safety and human health. Therefore, the research and development of new pesticides with high e...
