Abstract

The method comprises the steps that 1, fresh FCC raw material feeding is subjected to heat exchange through aheat exchanger, a heating furnace conducts heating, and hydrogen is fully mixed through a first hydrogen mixer; step 2, after the step 1, the hydrogen-dissolved FCC raw material enters a pre-reactorof a liquid-phase hydrogenation pre-reaction unit to be subjected to demetalization, residual carbon removal reaction and partial removal of sulfide and nitride; 3, the pre-reaction product generatedin the step 2 is subjected to hydrogen mixing again through a hydrogen steam stripping unit and a second hydrogen mixer and then enters a liquid phase hydrogenation main reactor of a main reaction unit to be subjected to deep removal of sulfide, nitride and aromatic hydrocarbon; 4, the main reaction product generated in the step 3, without heat exchange, enters a high-temperature and low-pressureflash tank for gas-liquid separation after being subjected to pressure reduction, and an obtained liquid-phase material is subjected to heat exchange to obtain a refined product.
