The dispersion body comprises the following raw materials in partsby weight: 25 to 100 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 1.1 to 6 parts of methacrylic acid, 0.7 to 6 parts of vinyl amide, 10-40 parts of benzoic acid, 0.3 to 1 part of a tertiary amine catalyst, 100 to 327 parts of a vinyl soft monomer, 86 to 310 parts of a vinyl hard monomer, 12 to 55 parts of a vinyl hydroxyl monomer, 13 to 169 parts of acrylic acid, 3 to 20 parts of vinyl organosiloxane, 80 to396 parts of a solvent, 4 to 21 parts of an initiator, 11 to 47 parts of a neutralizer, 0.5 to 6 parts of a chain transfer agent and deionized water. A coating prepared by using the dispersion body asa main film-forming substance has the characteristics of good water resistance and salt spray resistance, high drying speed, high hardness and high glossiness, and the product is green, environment-friendly and low in cost, conforms to the industrial development trend and has wide application fields.
