Abstract

The invention discloses a sludge dewatering device, and a flue gas desulfurization system and process utilizing a water treatment byproduct, namely chemical sludge. The device comprises a chemical softening device, a sludge dewatering device, a sludge drying device, a grinding device and a sulfur dioxide absorption device which are sequentially connecte. The process comprises the following steps:(1) feeding wastewater into the chemical softening device to form chemical sludge; (2) enabling the obtained chemical sludge to enter the sludge dewatering device for dewatering treatment to obtain dewatered sludge; (3) enabling the obtained dewatered sludge to enter the sludge drying device for drying treatment to obtain dried sludge; (4) enabling the dried sludge to enter the grinding device forgrinding treatment to obtain finished slurry or finished dry powder; and (5) conveying the finished slurry or the finished dry powder to the sulfur dioxide absorption device to produce gypsum. The device can realize resource utilization of the chemical sludge and save sludge treatment cost.
