Abstract

The fly ash flocculant provided by the invention is prepared by mixing and reacting flocculant raw materials, wherein the flocculant raw materials comprise fly ash, pyrite slag, NaCl, hydrochloric acid, NH4F and water. The sludge resource utilization method provided by the invention comprises the steps of a) mixing sludge and the fly ash flocculant provided by the invention, standing, and dewatering to obtain conditioned sludge; and b) mixing the conditioned sludge, a sludge leavening agent, a fermentation conditioner and a nutrient soil conditioner, and performing aerobic fermentation to obtain the nutrient soil. According to the invention, the fly ash is used as a main raw material to prepare the flocculating agent which can be used for remarkably improving the sludge dewatering performance and the aerobic fermentation effect; and the flocculant is used for conditioning the sludge, and the nutrient soil is prepared by fermentation, so that harmless and resource utilization of the fly ash and the sludge is realized.
