The anti-sticking cloth comprises the following raw materials: cloth which consists of a cotton and linen base material cloth layer and a fabric adhesion cloth surface; and a coating which is prepared from 2-propyl alcohol, polytetrafluoroethylene, silicon dioxide powder, methyltrimethoxysilane, a water-based emulsion wax mixture, methanol, acetic acid, a thickening agent, a catalyst, a smoothing agent, a defoaming agent and deionized water. The coating is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-25% of 2-propanol, 45-65% of polytetrafluoroethylene, 30-50% of silicon dioxide powder, 10-20% of methyltrimethoxysilane, 1-2.5% of a water-based emulsion wax mixture, 1.8-4.2% of methanol, 1.1-2.25% of acetic acid, 0.8-1.3% of a thickening agent, 0.6-1.15% of a catalyst, 0.4-0.8% of a smoothing agent and 0.2-0.5% of a defoaming agent.
