The invention relates to a preparation method of a three-dimensional integrated waist protection cushion, which comprises the following steps: respectively drying SEBS resin, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride resin and SPUU elastomer, sieving calcium carbonate to 800-1200 meshes, and placing aside for later use; adding the SEBS resin, the polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride resin and the SPUU elastomer in specified proportion into a high-speed mixer, and starting low-speed stirring; gradually adding the calcium carbonate into the high-speed mixer, and continuously stirring until the calcium carbonate is uniformly distributed; and finally, adding pentaerythritol tetrapropionate and a lubricant, and stirring to obtain the dry blend. Three-dimensional integration of rigid supporting (a TPE framework), elastic buffering (high-resilience sponge) and a comfortable surface layer (linen fabric) is achieved, the supporting requirements of human engineering for the waist and the buttocks are met, and comprehensive improvement of the strength, comfort, durability and human engineering of the waist protection cushion is achieved.
