Abstract

The invention provides a PDMS-based flexible electrode and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S10, forming a flexible PDMS coating on a silicon wafer substrate; s20, forming a carbon nanotube layer on the surface of the nylon filter membrane; s30, transferring the carbon nano tube film to the flexible PDMS coating, and obtaining a first composite film; and S40, stripping the first composite film from the silicon wafer substrate, then cutting the first composite film into a required size, soaking the first composite film in an aqueous solution containing chloroauric acid and hydrochloric acid, performing electrochemical deposition, and forming a gold nanostructure layer on the first composite film to obtain the flexible electrode.
