The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing the ditch main body with an inverted trapezoidal structure; laying an impermeable layer on the bottom of the ditch main body and the side slope; paving concrete and mortar pebbles to obtain a filling backing material supporting layer; mixing natural zeolite, porous ecological bricks, a curing agent, phosphate and a microbial mixed powdery fungicide, and paving the mixture on the filling backing material supporting layer to obtain a double-medium biological matrix layer; laying an ecological planting layer on the double-medium biological matrix layer; planting emergent aquatic plants and submerged plants on the ecological planting layer.
