Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-helicobacter pylori probiotic composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The probiotic composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 60 to 80 parts of oat beta-glucan, 10 to 20 parts of probiotics, 1 to 4 parts of cordyceps sobolifera sporocarp, 1 to 4 parts of rice bran fatty alkanol, 1 to 4 parts of eucommia ulmoides male flower and 1 to 4 parts of psyllium husk. According to the composition, the oat beta-glucan is adopted to achieve the effect of protecting the probiotics, the dosage of the probiotics can be reduced, and the oat beta-glucan can promote the growth of the probiotics, so that the probiotics play a synergistic role; and meanwhile, the contained cordyceps sobolifera sporocarp (artificially cultivated), rice bran fatty alkanol, eucommia ulmoides male flower and psyllium husk all have the effect of inhibiting helicobacter pylori, so that helicobacter pylori infection is effectively prevented and improved.
