The probiotic composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 60 to 80 parts of oat beta-glucan, 10 to 20 parts of probiotics, 1 to 4 parts of cordyceps sobolifera sporocarp, 1 to 4 parts of rice bran fatty alkanol, 1 to 4 parts of eucommia ulmoides male flower and 1 to 4 parts of psyllium husk.
