Abstract

The invention discloses a bonded magnet and a preparation method thereof. The bonded magnet comprises the following raw materials: magnetic powder, a coupling agent, a lubricant and a binder, wherein the binder accounts for 5-16% of the weight of the raw materials, and the binder comprises a polyurethane material, polyester resin and polyisocyanate.
