Abstract

The invention discloses a metal zinc-organic epoxy powder corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant composite coating and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that epoxy powder and a surfactant are added into an alkaline zincate plating solution, and a zinc-epoxy powder composite plating solution is obtained; and a zinc plate serves as an anode, the pretreated base material serves as a cathode, the zinc plate and the base material are placed in the zinc-epoxy powder composite plating solution, direct-current constant-current electroplating is carried out, and the zinc-epoxy powder composite plating layer is obtained. According to the method, epoxy powder is dispersed in zincate electroplating liquid, and the zinc-epoxy powder composite coating is prepared. The epoxy powder serving as a reinforcing body in the plating layer can fill pores of the plating layer, increase compactness of the plating layer and reduce roughness of the surface of the plating layer on one hand, and the epoxy powder serving as inert particles can protect zinc in the plating layer from being corroded on the other hand. And meanwhile, the epoxy powder also has better wear resistance, so that the wear resistance of the coating is improved.
