Embodiment 1

[0051] Example 1. Sample collection, extraction of heavy metal forms and determination of the toxic equivalent concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons relative to benzo[a]pyrene

[0052] In this embodiment, biochar and organic fertilizer are provided by Zhejiang Huateng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. The biochar and organic fertilizer were dried at 85°C, crushed and passed through an 80-mesh sieve, mixed in a ratio of 1:2 to prepare a biochar base fertilizer, and dried and stored for later use. The organic fertilizer is pig manure organic fertilizer, and the seven types of biochar are pig manure biochar, rice husk biochar, rice straw biochar, corn straw biochar, corncob biochar, waste wood biochar and coconut shell biochar. The corresponding biochar base fertilizers are Z, D, SJ, CJ, CX, M, Y, respectively.

[0053] The BCR sequential extraction method was used to extract the forms of heavy metals in the biochar-based fertilizer. The heavy metals determined were ...

[0064] Example 2. Risk assessment on human health caused by heavy metal-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollution of biochar-based fertilizers applied to soil

[0065] The human health risk assessment model of this example is exposed to soil pollutants in three ways: inadvertent oral ingestion (ILCR Ingestion ), inhalation inhalation (ILCR) Inhalaton ) and skin contact (ILCR Dermal ). When biochar-based fertilizer is applied to the soil, heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the biochar-based fertilizer will be released and transferred to the soil under complex interactions. Assuming that the biochar-based fertilizer is applied to the soil surface of 0-20 cm, the soil density is 2.65g / cm 3 .

[0066] The ILCR for PAH contamination is as follows:

[0071] ILCR PAHs =ILCR Ingestion +ILCR Dermal +ILCR Inhalaton

[0072] The ILCR for heavy metal pollution is as follows:

Abstract

The invention discloses a health risk evaluation method for applying biochar-based fertilizer to soil, and relates to the field of soil pollution risk assessment, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting and processing a sample, and determining the types of analyzed heavy metal elements and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons; extracting a heavy metal form, and determining the content of the heavy metal in a bioavailable state; measuring the concentration of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, and determining the equivalent toxicity concentration of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon relative to the benzo [a] pyrene; and constructing a risk evaluation model. According to the method, the risk assessment of the combined pollution is more accurate through the probabilistic method, and the safe application amount and high-influence parameters of the charcoal-based fertilizer can be determined from the risk assessment. The risk assessment method is convenient to operate, more scientific in assessment and smaller in assessment error, people can assess and prevent the health risk of applying the biochar-based fertilizer to pollutants in soil conveniently, a proper fertilization strategy is determined, and the risk influence is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of soil pollution risk assessment, in particular to a health risk assessment method for applying biochar-based fertilizer to soil. Background technique [0002] Directly mixing biochar and organic fertilizers or composting to develop biochar-based fertilizers is a more promising approach to fix, slow-release nutrients, reduce nutrient loss, and improve fertilizer efficiency to promote plant growth. Soil nutrient content can be increased by increasing soil pH and enhancing beneficial microorganisms. [0003] However, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are inevitably generated during biomass pyrolysis, and PAHs have been confirmed to cause teratogenic, mutagenic, and carcinogenic potential hazards to humans in multiple studies. In the process of intensive farming, heavy metal additives such as Cu, Zn, and As are often added to livestock and poultry feeds to meet the needs of production. Under the composting proce...
