The supplementary material may include hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose-400, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose-4000, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, compressible starch, fine silica gel powder and magnesium stearate. The preparation process of the cyclodextrin inclusion compound of prazosin hydrochloride includes the steps of: mixing beta-cyclodextrin or hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin with water to form suspension or solution; adding prazosin hydrochloride in the amount of 1/20-1/5 via fully mixing; pressure filtering, water washing, drying to obtain the solid inclusion compound.
