Embodiment 1
[0022] Take an appropriate amount of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide with a number average molecular weight of about 20KDa, and make 150g.L -1 polysaccharide solution. Add an appropriate amount of acetic acid so that the concentration of acetic acid in the above solution is 0.3mol.L -1 , and stir well. Put this solution into a microwave generator, adjust the microwave power to 150W, degrade at 70°C for 1min, and then neutralize it to pH=7 with sodium hydroxide solution. Use an M1KDa dialysis bag, and use water dialysis as the mobile phase to remove the sodium acetate generated during the neutralization process. Freeze-dry the dialyzed internal solution to obtain oligomeric Lycium barbarum polysaccharide. The number-average molecular weight of the product tested by high-performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC) is 7KDa~11KDa, and the test conditions are chromatographic column: 7.8×300mm (Ultrahydrogel TM 120, 250, 1000, provided by Waters Corporation); column temper...
Embodiment 2
[0024] Take an appropriate amount of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide with a number average molecular weight of about 20KDa, and make 10g.L -1 polysaccharide solution. Add appropriate amount of acetic acid so that the concentration of acetic acid in the above solution is 2.5mol.L -1 , and stir well. Put this solution into a microwave generator, adjust the microwave power to 300W, degrade at 90°C for 5min, and then neutralize it to pH=7 with sodium hydroxide solution. Use an M1KDa dialysis bag, and use water dialysis as the mobile phase to remove the sodium acetate generated during the neutralization process. Freeze-dry the dialyzed internal solution to obtain oligomeric Lycium barbarum polysaccharide. The number average molecular weight measured by high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC) is 1KDa~2KDa, and its testing conditions are the same as in Example 1.
Embodiment 3
[0026] Take an appropriate amount of chitosan with a number average molecular weight of about 500KDa, and make 5g.L -1 polysaccharide solution. Add appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid so that the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the above solution is 1.5mol.L -1 , and stir well. Put this solution into a microwave generator, adjust the microwave power to 250W, degrade at 80°C for 30min, and then neutralize it to pH=7 with sodium hydroxide solution. Use an M1KDa dialysis bag, and use water dialysis as the mobile phase to remove the sodium chloride generated during the neutralization process. Freeze-dry the dialyzed inner fluid to obtain oligomeric chitosan. The number average molecular weight measured by high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC) is 3KDa~5KDa, and the test conditions are the same as in Example 1.
