The invention discloses an
oral cavity drainage apparatus. The
oral cavity drainage apparatus comprises an
airbag, a first inflation
catheter communicating with the
airbag, an
endotracheal tube whichis arranged in the
airbag in a penetrating mode, a water
suction catheter which is arranged on the
endotracheal tube in a sleeving mode, a
drainage catheter with negative pressure, a sleeve bag used for being inserted into a trachea and a second inflation
catheter communicating with the sleeve bag. The
drainage catheter communicates with the water
suction catheter, the sleeve bag is arrange on theendotracheal tube in a sleeving mode, and the sleeve bag is used for sealing between the trachea and the
endotracheal tube after being inserted into the trachea and inflated. The air bag is used forsealing the trachea and an
esophagus after being inserted into an
oral cavity and inflated. The two ends of the endotracheal tube and the two ends of the water
suction catheter separately extend out from the air bag, one end of the water suction
catheter is located in the oral cavity, and the other end of the water suction catheter is located between the air bag and the sleeve bag. The invention further discloses an oral cavity
irrigation drainage device which comprises an oral cavity irrigator and the oral cavity drainage apparatus. The oral cavity drainage apparatus can efficiently extract cleaning liquid and secretions, can effectively prevent the cleaning liquid from entering the trachea and the
esophagus, and can prevent the secretions from entering the trachea, and higher safety is achieved.
