Compared with a traditional double-slip bridge plug, the matched structure of the compression sleeve and the limited C-shaped ring is fixed without expansion produced by relative movements of two components of an existing slip assembly, a setting stroke is greatly decreased, and setting by cable pumping is allowed; in addition, due to the omittion of one slip assembly, the use area on the central pipe is saved, rubber cylinder lengthening design is allowed, and accordingly the expansion degree of the rubber cylinder and improvement of setting capability with expansion increase are ensured.

Method for producing windmill palm tegument activated carbon fiber with biological-chemical method

The invention provides a biological-chemical method for preparing activated carbon fiber of palm tegument. The method comprises steps that: (1) biological fermentation treatment: the palm tegument is drawn into thread like or cut into pieces to be fermented in a fermentation tank for 10 to 14 days; during the fermentation period, the fermentation tank is under the oxygenic condition and the oxygen-free condition alternately by being intermittently exposed to the air, and the time interval is 20 minutes; (2) chemical soakage treatment: the fermented palm tegument is washed with water for once to twice and then the water is drained; the palm tegument is dipped in the calcium phosphate with the concentration of 40 to 60 percent according to the weight ratio of 1:2.0-2.6 for 6 to 8 hours and then carbonized and activated at 390-450 DEG C for 70-90 minutes, then washed to pH 6.5-7.0 by deionized water at 70-90 DEGC and dried or naturally dried to obtain the activated carbon fiber of palm tegument. The invention combines the biological and chemical method for preparing the activated carbon fiber of palm tegument and is fast in preparation. The activated carbon fiber of palm tegument with large absorption volume, large surface area, abundant micropores and high mechanical strength can be obtained by using the method.
