The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to an ulnar artery compression-free hemostat. The ulnar artery compression-free hemostat is formed by a handle cover, a grab handle, a sawtooth clip, a pull ring, an axle stand, a wheel groove, an eccentric wheel, a rotating shaft, a reed, a binding pipe, a fixing band, a nylon fastener tape, a pressure avoidance ring and a positioning ring. The grab handle and the positioning rod are vertical to each other and are both integrated with the eccentric wheel into one whole body. The eccentric wheel is positioned in the wheel groove. The sawtooth clip is welded on the upper surface of the axle stand, wherein the lateral surface of the sawtooth clip is of an arc shape and sawteeth are arranged inside the sawtooth clip. The circular ring-shaped pull ring is welded on the outer arc surface of the sawtooth clip. The reed is welded on the lower surface of the wheel groove. The middle part of the fixing band on the right of the axle stand is connected with the pressure avoidance ring of which the lateral surface is of a semiring shape. According to the invention, the ulnar artery cannot be compressed; and the ulnar artery compression-free hemostat can be convenient to position when applying different pressures to the radial artery and has a good hemostatic effect.
