Comprising a drill plate, a bushing, a threaded positioning pin, a clamping crank and a fastening nut, a plurality of cylindrical supports are arranged on the side, close to a wing, of the drill plate, the cylindrical supports are consistent with a wing wall plate in appearance, a guide hole is formed in the drill plate, the hole position axis of the guide hole is consistent with the hole position axis of a high-lock bolt of the wing wall plate, and a flange structure is arranged on the upper surface of the lining. Parallel open grooves are formed in the two sides of the flange structure respectively, and a lining is assembled in the guide hole and supported on the drill plate through the flange structure; the threaded positioning pin penetrates through the guide hole and is fastened by a fastening nut; in the drilling process, the clamping crank is clamped on the open groove of the flange structure, and the bush is prevented from rotating. The problem that a traditional drill jig is not attached to the appearance of an aircraft panel due to the fact that the appearance is prone to deformation during machining is effectively solved.
