The drilling head sequentially penetrates through the butt joint section and the guide channel to enter the communication section, the sleeve limiting assembly limits the sleeve to continue to move downwards, and coaxial constraint of the drilling head and the liquid pumping drilling pipe is relieved. Through cooperation of preliminary guiding of the guiding ball, triggering limiting of the sleeve limiting assembly and deflection compensation of universal hinging, the technical problems that a traditional percolate collecting facility is high in capital construction cost, inflexible in arrangement, poor in butt joint precision and prone to leakage are solved, and rapid, self-adaptive and sealed extraction under the complex working condition is achieved.
