For privacy infringement behaviors of an unauthorized user and an untrusted server, a reversible matrix encryption method is adopted to protect data information, and on the basis, a method of randomly setting a threshold value is provided to realize randomness of data dimension reduction, so that the data safety is further improved. Besides, by deeply researching the principle of the PCA algorithm, a unit matrix is introduced before dimensionality reduction is carried out on an index matrix, so that the part of the query vector also participates in the dimensionality reduction process, the safety is improved, and the query precision is ensured.
