This invention relates to the technical field, and more particularly to a
carbonization production
system for wooden flower stand panels, comprising: a conveying mechanism and a
carbonization mechanism disposed on the conveying mechanism, wherein the
carbonization mechanism includes a spray gun
assembly movable and rotatably disposed on the conveying mechanism, a converging
assembly rotatably disposed at the
flame end of the spray gun
assembly, and an adjusting assembly disposed between the spray gun assembly and the converging assembly; the conveying mechanism continuously conveys the panels within the carbonization mechanism, and the spray gun assembly, in conjunction with the converging assembly, focuses the
flame onto the carbonization area of the panel. When grooves and / or ridges are formed on the surface of the panel, causing undulations, the adjusting assembly forces the spray gun assembly to move and rotate, adjusting the temperature of the
flame emitted by the converging assembly. Simultaneously, the adjusting assembly forces the converging assembly to move and rotate, adjusting the distance and orientation between the emitted flame and the undulating surface of the panel. This solves the problems of flame dispersion, uneven carbonization and inconsistent depth, and the tendency to create blind spots in existing carbonization systems.
