Problems solved by technology

Due to the limitation of resources and other conditions, the production of Agaricus bisporus cannot be ideally developed, resulting in the current contradiction between supply and demand. The main reasons are: on the one hand, with the emergence of energy problems, as a biomass resource, the utilization channel of crop straw There are more and more, and the use value is also increasing. Straw, which was once regarded as waste, has now become a new resource that has been w

[0012] The method for preparing a culture medium for cultivating Agaricus bisporus from biogas residue of the present invention includes the following steps:

[0013] 1. Obtaining biogas residue

[0014] Choose a biogas digester that produces biogas from straw as raw materials for normal gas production, a new biogas digester or a biogas digester that runs for about three months after a major refueling, and the pH of the biogas slurry is 7 to 7.5. Take the fully decomposed biogas residue and remove the fresh biogas residue. Aerobic treatment is carried out by stacking the fresh biogas residue on the hardened ground and draining it naturally, and then spreading the biogas residue in the air, drying, or drying, and use it when the moisture content is greater than 15% but not more than 65%, or 15%. Stored below for future use.

Embodiment 1

[0029] Example 1: The medium material for cultivating Agaricus bisporus from biogas residue, the composition is as follows, parts by weight:

[0030] 100 parts of biogas residue, 1 part of soybean meal powder, 4 parts of lime powder, 2 parts of gypsum powder, 1 part of light calcium carbonate, 2 parts of superphosphate, 0.4 parts of urea.

[0031] In the application, the existing technology can be used for base material fermentation, seeding and growth, and fruiting management.

[0032] The preparation method of culture medium is as follows:

[0033] The biogas residue is taken from a biogas digester that produces biogas from straw as raw materials and runs for more than three months after a major refueling. The pH of the biogas slurry is 7~7.5, and the fully decomposed biogas residue is piled up. Naturally drain and aerate on the hardened ground, and then dilute the biogas residue and dry it to a moisture content of 60-65%, then mix the biogas residue with soybean meal powder, li...

[0034] Example 2: A medium material for cultivating Agaricus bisporus from biogas residue, the composition is as follows, parts by weight:

[0035] 3000 parts of biogas residue, 1000 parts of cow dung, 40 parts of soybean meal powder, 160 parts of lime powder, 60 parts of gypsum powder, 40 parts of light calcium carbonate, 80 parts of superphosphate, 16 parts of urea.

[0036] In the application, the existing technology of cultivating bisporus mushroom can be used for base material fermentation, sowing and fruiting.

[0037] The preparation method, the steps are as follows:

[0038] 1. The biogas residue is taken from a biogas digester that normally produces gas and has been operated for more than three months after a major refueling. The pH value of the biogas slurry is 7~7.5, and the fully decomposed biogas residue is piled on the hardened ground. Naturally drain and aerate, carry out aerobic treatment, then dilute the biogas residue and dry it to a moisture content of 14% for u...

Abstract

The invention relates to a culturing base material and preparing method for growing agaricus bisporus which uses marsh dregs from straw raw material to produce marsh gas. The raw material component for culturing base material comprises marsh dregs, dairy manure, bean cake powder, lime powder, plaster powder, light calcium carbonate, ordinary superphosphate and carbamide. The marsh dregs of straw raw material is taken out, drained, processed in aerobic condition and dried to a condition of water ratio lower than 65 percent or the marsh dregs are sunned and dried to condition water ratio of lower than 15 percent for storage and backup. The invention achieves reuse of marsh dregs to a maximum extent, therefore, growing raw material source is widened to achieve the agaricus bisporus growing raw material source with reliability, universality and growing high yielding. The normal growing cost is decreased by around 50 percent and output is raised by 10 percent. The invention is beneficial to develop circular economy and in accordance with the demand for searching and using new raw material resources of edible fungi industrialization development at the present stage.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for utilizing biogas residue, in particular to a culture medium for cultivating Agaricus bisporus using biogas residue from straw raw materials to produce biogas and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of cultivating Agaricus bisporus using new raw material resources. Background technique [0002] The traditional cultivation of Agaricus bisporus mainly uses straw materials such as cottonseed hulls, wheat straw, rice straw and animal manure such as cow manure and pig manure as cultivation materials. For example, CN1788540 disclosed the composition of the medium for Agaricus bisporus: 45-55% of forage and 35-45 for manure. %, cake fertilizer 1-8%, urea 0.5-1.0%, raw gypsum powder 0.5-1.5%, superphosphate 0.8-1.5%, quicklime powder 0.2-1.5%, calcium carbonate 0-2.0%, dichlorvos 0-0.5%, of which The combined amount of forage and manure shall not be less than 90% of the total weight of the raw material...
