Abstract

The components are mixed well according to the proportion, dried by heating at low temperature, ball milled, roasted at high temperature and ball milled for a second time so as to lead the powder materials to be mixed evenly. The refinement mechanism of the refiner is as follows: the grains of the cobalt sesquioxide are refined due to that the reduced metallic cobalt structure of the cobalt sesquioxide is extremely similar to the matrix of a high temperature alloy, i.e., both of the two are face-centered cubic, and the lattice constant is about 3.5 multiplied by 10<-10> meters. Therefore, a high temperature alloy matrix phase is crystallized and formed on metallic cobalt. As crystal cores increase, the grain size on the casting surface is relatively petty.
