Problems solved by technology

Liu Xiaoguo et al published in 2004 "Nano C 60 / C 70 Anti-ultraviolet aging modification of acrylic acid (ester) copolymers" mentions the use of composite initiators to initiate the copolymerization of fullerenes and acrylic acid, but this article neither defines the composite initiators used nor gives with any technical tips
In 2006, the article "Synthesis of Derivatives and Anti-Near Infrared and Ultraviolet Properties in Waterborne Film-forming Materials" published by Guan Wenchao et al. disclosed the use of (NH 4 ) 2 S 2 o 8 As an initiator, a polymer with a blocking effect on ultraviolet rays is obtained, and the blocking effect of the polymer on ultraviolet rays gradually weakens as the wavelength increases, and the transmittance of ultraviolet rays rises from 54% at 200nm to 80% at 285nm, and to 300nm The above ultraviolet rays have almost no blocking effect, which shows that the polymer's blocking effect on ultraviolet rays is not ideal
The reason for this result may be due to the low efficiency of the selected initiator on the one hand, or because the large π-bonds of the fullerenes in the polymer backbone can only act as a barrier with pure free radical initiators. The effect of some ultraviolet rays

Abstract

The invention provides a compound initiating agent for polymerization reaction. The initiating agent comprises the following components in percent by weight: 20-35 percent of cobalt acetate, 40-60 percent of benzoyl peroxide and 15-25 percent of azobisisoheptonitrile. The initiating agent can not only reduce spatial barrel effect of macromolecule materials (like fullerene) and improve the polymerization efficiency, but also play a role of initiating double bond oxidation reaction, broadening the ultraviolet ray light wave absorption range of obtained polymerization products and improving the absorption effect consequently. By utilizing the initiating agent, the fullerene can be smoothly mixed into a carbon chain of an acrylic polymer, and a nano-fullerene modified acrylic polymer with an average blocking rate reaching above 80 percent on the ultraviolet ray with wavelength ranging from 250 nm to 400 nm can be acquired.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, in particular to a polymerization initiator. Background technique [0002] Fullerene (Fullerene, also translated as Fullerene), also known as Buckyball or Buckyball (Buckyball), is the third crystal form of carbon after diamond and graphite discovered in 1985. It is an isotrope of carbon Alien. Fullerene is a general term for a series of atomic clusters composed of pure carbon. They are conjugated alkenes with a closed hollow spherical or ellipsoidal structure composed of non-planar five-membered rings and six-membered rings. Utilizing the super aromaticity and chemical activity produced by the large π construction of fullerene, it can be introduced into polyacrylic acid polymer materials through free radical reactions to modify acrylic acid (ester) polymers. After the fullerene is introduced into the acrylic acid (ester) polymer skeleton, a part of the large π structure participates in the pol...
