Problems solved by technology

[0004] For the traditional biogas engineering technology, the anaerobic wet fermentation technology is mainly used, that is, the anaerobic fermentation of manure is used to produce biogas (generally, livestock and poultry manure needs to be diluted by 2-3 times with water), and the solid matter of raw materials is fermented in this way. Low concentration requires huge volume of reactor, low volumetric gas production rate, and the concentration of soluble COD in biogas slurry after fermentation is very high, it is difficult to separate solid and liquid, it is extremely difficult to handle, and it is easy to cause secondary pollution to the environment

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The specific design of this embodiment refers to the technical solutions described in the above "Summary of the Invention" and "Explanation of the Drawings". In order to save space, this paragraph will not repeat the technical details that have been disclosed above.

[0025] The process steps of the present invention are as follows

[0026] 1) Estimate the daily excrement volume according to the scale of livestock and poultry farms, and determine the moisture content and carbon-nitrogen ratio of the manure according to conventional methods;

[0027] 2) Determine the types of crop stalks to be added as a conditioning agent. Generally, you can choose straws, wheat stalks, rape stalks, corn stalks and other crop stalks, or grass and leaves, etc., and determine the moisture content according to conventional methods before use And carbon to nitrogen ratio;

[0028] 3) Determine the amount of manure and straw according to the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the fermentation raw materials fr...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of marsh gas preparation, and relates to a process and equipment for preparing marsh gas by solid fermentation of animal wastes and crop straws. The process and the equipment are characterized in that the equipment comprises a system for preparing the marsh gas by solid fermentation, wherein the system consists of at least one group or more groups of marsh gas fermentation units; and the process comprises a pretreatment step of marsh gas raw materials. Generally, the process adopts a sequential solid fermentation process, which comprises the following steps: firstly, tearing the crop straws, and naturally heaping the crop straws for 3 to 7 days for fermentation to obtain a raw material 1; heaping and acidifying dry and fresh waste in the animal wastes for 3 to 5 days for fermentation to obtain a raw material 2; and then mixing the raw material 1 and the raw material 2 in a proper carbon-nitrogen ratio to obtain a mixed fermentation raw material, and inoculating a proper amount of sludge in a marsh gas pool or a sewage treatment plant with the mixed raw material so as to promote the production of the marsh gas through indigenous microbes. The equipment of the invention generally consists of 26 independent and intercommunicated fermentation devices, traveling transport devices, feeding devices, discharging devices, marsh gas solution delivering devices, marsh gas solution reflux devices and marsh gas collection devices. The process and the equipment provide new technology for low-carbon economy.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural bioenergy utilization, especially the technical field of agricultural biogas preparation. Specifically, it relates to a process and equipment for preparing biogas through two-phase solid-state fermentation using livestock and poultry manure and crop straw as fermentation raw materials. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of intensive livestock and poultry breeding, the production model has shifted from the original courtyard production method to the current intensive, large-scale, and commercialized production method. Changes in the production model will bring certain risks, because in intensive breeding, livestock and poultry manure (including feces, urine and flushing water) is produced in large quantities and is highly concentrated. If it cannot be disposed of effectively, it will easily cause environmental damage. Pollution makes intensive breeding farms a large sour...
