Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously analyzing three kinds of oligomeric procyanidins in perfume material hawthorn tincture for tobacco, which comprises the following steps of: 1, diluting a hawthorn tincture sample with methanol, and filtering the diluted sample; and 2, performing analysis with a liquid chromatograph-diode array detector by taking a methanoic acid as a mobile-phase additive, and performing gradient elution to realize the simultaneous separation and determination of the three kinds of oligomeric procyanidins (-)-Epicatechin, Procyanidins B2 and Procyanidins C1 in the perfume material for the tobacco.
