The binder is a mixture of a water soluble binder and an emulsion binder, wherein the weight ratio of the water soluble binder to the emulsion binder is 1:5.5 to 1:20. The slurry has high flowability, improves the water resistance of the coating, reduces air bubbles and improves the spreading appearance of the coating.
