Problems solved by technology

[0004] The existing commercial glucosamine sulfate is a balanced product of glucosamine hydrochloride and sodium sulfate. Directly mix glucosamine hydrochloride and sodium sulfate, or first dissolve it in water and then dry it to obtain its double salt. The product contains chloride Sodium up to about 20%, patients with cardiovascular disease and kidney disease are not suitable for taking

Embodiment 1

[0011] 3kg of anion exchange resin soaked with 5% (W / W) hydrochloric acid for 2 hours, washed with deionized water until neutral, then soaked with 4% (W / W) sodium hydroxide for 2 hours, washed with deionized water until neutral . Glucosamine hydrochloride 50g is dissolved in 2000ml water, makes it pass through the strongly basic anion exchange resin column, collects the effluent, adjusts the pH of the solution with 50% (W / W) sulfuric acid to be 3.5~5.0, then freeze-dries the solution to obtain Sodium chloride-free glucosamine sulfate preparation.

Embodiment 2

[0013] 3kg of anion exchange resin soaked with 5% (W / W) hydrochloric acid for 2 hours, washed with deionized water until neutral, then soaked with 4% (W / W) sodium hydroxide for 2 hours, washed with deionized water until neutral . Glucosamine hydrochloride 100g was dissolved in 1000ml water, passed through an anion exchange resin column, collected the effluent, adjusted the pH of the solution to 3.5-5.0 with 60% (W / W) sulfuric acid, then added acetone to the solution, precipitated overnight, and filtered to obtain The precipitate was vacuum-dried to obtain a sodium chloride-free glucosamine sulfate preparation.

Embodiment 3

[0015] 3kg of anion exchange resin soaked with 5% (W / W) hydrochloric acid for 2 hours, washed with deionized water until neutral, then soaked with 4% (W / W) sodium hydroxide for 2 hours, washed with deionized water until neutral . Dissolve 200 g of glucosamine hydrochloride in 1000 ml of water, pass through an anion exchange resin column, collect the effluent, adjust the pH of the solution to 3.5 to 5.0 with 50% (W / W) sulfuric acid, and freeze-dry the solution to obtain sodium chloride-free glucosamine sulfate preparation.

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel preparation method of glucosamine sulfate, and belongs to the field of monosaccharide preparation methods. The novel preparation method adopts glucosamine hydrochloride as a raw material and comprises the following steps of treating a glucosamine hydrochloride aqueous solution by a strongly basic anion exchange resin to remove chloridions to obtain glucosamine; neutralizing the glucosamine by a sulfuric acid solution to obtain glucosamine sulfate; and drying the glucosamine sulfate to obtain a glucosamine sulfate preparation without sodium chloride. Specifically, the steps comprises 1) treating 1-25% (W / V) of the glucosamine hydrochloride aqueous solution by the pre-washed strongly basic anion exchange resin column to remove chloridions, 2) collecting effluent liquid obtained from the step 1), 3) adding 20-90% (W / W) of a sulfuric acid solution into the effluent liquid to obtain a glucosamine sulfate aqueous solution by neutralization, wherein a pH value of the glucosamine sulfate aqueous solution is in a range of 3.5 to 5.0; and 4) carrying out a freeze drying process on the glucosamine sulfate aqueous solution, or precipitating the glucosamine sulfate aqueous solution by an organic solvent and then carrying out vacuum drying to obtain a glucosamine sulfate preparation without sodium chloride. The novel preparation method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, less three-waste, and no pollution in production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a novel method for preparing glucosamine sulfate, which belongs to the field of monosaccharide preparation methods. Background technique [0002] Glucosamine is a natural amino monosaccharide that exists in the human body and is a necessary substance for the structure of human connective tissue and cell membranes. It is essential for the formation of nails, tendons, skin, eyes, joint fluid, bones, ligaments, and heart valves. It also has an important impact on mucus secretions in the digestive system, respiratory system and urinary system, and is a specific substrate for the production of amino polysaccharides and proteoglycans in the human body. [0003] Glucosamine is prepared from chitin by hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. Glucosamine is commonly used in its sulfate and hydrochloride salts. As early as the 1980s, Italian companies conducted research on glucosamine sulfate and found that it is a specific d...
