The novel myceliophthora thermophila strain (CLIMAX-VMT) provided by the invention has very obvious fast fermentation temperature rise and cellulose decomposition performance and is innocuous and harmless to people and livestock. When the strain is used for fermenting organic solid waste materials, the fast temperature rise in 24h can be reached, and the temperature is raised to a value higher than 60 DEG C in 48h and can be maintained for more than 5 days.
