Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: weighting the corresponding oxalic acid, cobalt salt and surfactant according to the stoichiometric ratio of each element in a chemical formula, and then mixing; ball-milling, leaching and washing to obtain a precursor liquid; balling and atomizing to prepare the spherical precursors; splitting and reducing the precursors in a nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere; and finally dispersing through sealed gas flow and performing vacuum packaging to obtain the target matters.
