The enzymolysis process comprises: prompting heparin in small intestine of pig to release into enzymatic hydrolysate through a microwave method, performing flocculation treatment on the enzymatic hydrolysate to remove most part of impurities, adsorbing and eluting through resin, performing alcohol precipitation and drying procedures to obtain a crude product, and then, decoloring and refining the product through a macroporous polymeric adsorbent and hydrogen peroxide. The titer of the heparin sodium prepared by the procedures is larger than 150 U / mg, the technique is simple, and the product purity is high.
