Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of superfine easily-dispersed black iron oxide. In the method, black iron oxide prepared by using a sodium hydroxide oxidation method is adopted, and an undried black iron oxide filter cake is directly used. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding dimethicone, calcium lignosulfonate and propylene glycol, wherein the weights of the dimethicone, the calcium lignosulfonate and the propylene glycol are respectively 2-3%, 1.5-2.5% and 1-2% of that of the black iron oxide filter cake; grinding at high speed of 2000-3000rpm for 10-15min; taking out the powder and drying; then, adding a proper amount of water and pulping for 20-25min to prepare slurry with the concentration of 45-55%; adding zinc phosphate, sodium lauryl sulfate and nanosilicon dioxide, wherein the weights of the zinc phosphate, the sodium lauryl sulfate and the nanosilicon dioxide are respectivley 0.3-0.4%, 0.15-0.25% and 0.2-0.3% of that of the slurry; stirring the mixture for 30-40min; grinding the mixture into slurry by using a colloid mill until the particle size is smaller than 45mum; and drying and powdering to obtain a finished product. The preparation method disclosed by the invention not only can be used for improving the surface states of crystals of black iron oxide particles and increasing the fineness of the black iron oxide, but also can be used for improving the dispersibility of a black iron oxide pigment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of superfine easily dispersible iron oxide black, which belongs to the field of chemical pigments. Background technique [0002] Iron-based pigments are important inorganic color pigments, and their annual output ranks first in inorganic color pigments. Due to the strengthening of the world's environmental protection awareness, inorganic iron-based pigments have continuously replaced organic pigments, red lead, lead chrome yellow and other lead-based and chromium-based toxic inorganic pigments due to their non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting characteristics. Iron oxide black is widely used in paints and coatings in the construction industry due to its simple chemical composition, non-toxic and pollution-free, and strong chemical stability. However, iron oxide black will dehydrate and oxidize to iron red when the temperature reaches about 100°C. When iron oxide black is used in some high temperature occ...
