Problems solved by technology

At present, one of the domestic waste disposal methods is landfill, which has been denied in most areas due to environmental pollution.
One is to use garbage composting and biogas to generate electricity. There are not many successful cases now, and garbage incineration, which is less polluting to the environment, is costly and less harmful.
Nevertheless, due to residents’ resistance and collective petitions for waste incineration power generation projects with relatively less environmental pollution, it is difficult to select a site during construction and operation, and there are difficulties.
The reason is that the current waste incineration technology and process itself have environmental protection problems that cannot be completely solved, causing harm to the environment and residents' lives.
1. There is a certain amount of dioxins in the flue gas; 2. There are harmful heavy metals and dioxins in the fly ash, which are hazardous wastes and cannot be recycled; 3. A large amount of CO is emitted 2 Greenhouse gases

Abstract

The invention provides a waste incineration treatment process. A feeding device, a gasification incineration furnace, an oxygen supply system, a waste heat boiler, a dust remover, a fly ash bin, a gas power dust conveying system, an induced draft fan, a wet type purifier, a dry ice preparation system and a slag discharging machine are adopted in the waste incineration treatment process. The feeding device is connected with the gasification incineration furnace. According to the waste incineration treatment process, (1) the gasification incineration furnace comprises an oxygen supply pipeline, an air distribution chamber, a gasification combustion chamber, a high-temperature main combustion chamber and a smoke temperature adjusting chamber; (2) the smoke temperature adjusting chamber is connected with the waste heat boiler and a denitration system; (3) a smoke distribution box is communicated with the smoke temperature adjusting chamber; (4) the waste heat boiler is connected with the dust remover and a charcoal adding system; (5) the dust remover is connected with the fly ash bin; (6) the dust remover is connected with the smoke distribution box through the induced draft fan; (7) the smoke distribution box is communicated with the high-temperature main combustion chamber, the smoke temperature adjusting chamber, the gas power dust conveying system and the wet type purifier; (8) the wet type purifier is connected with the dry ice preparation system; (9) the gasification combustion chamber is connected with the slag discharging machine. The design of the whole process is free of pollutant discharge and reutilization and innocent treatment are fully conducted on waste.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for treating garbage, in particular to a process for treating harmless garbage. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards, the amount of domestic garbage has increased significantly, and the harmless treatment of garbage has become an inevitable choice. At present, one of the domestic garbage disposal methods is landfill, which has been denied in most areas due to environmental pollution. One is to use garbage composting and biogas to generate electricity. There are not many successful cases now, and garbage incineration, which is less polluting to the environment, is costly and less harmful. Nevertheless, due to residents' resistance and collective petitions for relatively less environmental pollution waste incineration power generation projects, it is difficult to select a site during construction and operation. The reason is that the curre...
