Embodiment 1

[0108] (1) Cultivation of strains

[0109] Weigh fresh sludge and prepare 10 by dilution separation method -3 、10 -4 、10 -5 、10 -6 sludge suspension. According to the isolated microorganisms, get different concentrations of sludge suspension (fungi take 10 -3 、10 -4 , Actinomycetes take 10 -4 、10 -5 , bacteria take 10 -5 、10 -6 ), shake well and pipette 0.2mL into the prepared plate. Fungi use Martin's agar plate; actinomycetes use Gao's No. 1 agar plate; bacteria use beef extract peptone plate. Spread evenly with a sterilized applicator, repeat 3 times for each treatment, and incubate at 28°C. According to the shape, size, color and growth speed of the colonies in the plate, pick as many single colonies as possible from each sample and streak for purification. The strains were classified and counted according to their colony culture traits and morphological characteristics. The dominant strains were determined and stored under serial numbers pending further ident...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for applying an air-dried sludge microbial agent to resist low temperature of tall fescue. It includes a 100-fold dilution of Pseudomonas stutzeri + Trichoderma reesei + Streptomyces flavum or a 200-fold dilution of Pseudomonas stutzeri + Trichoderma reesei + Streptomyces flavum. The development results of the present invention show that the application of the composite microbial agent of Pseudomonas stutzeri, Trichoderma reesei and Streptomyces griseus can significantly increase the tall fescue plant height, aboveground biomass and chlorophyll content, and improve its cold resistance. The greening of tall fescue after the application of microbial agents was about 5 days earlier than that of the blank control, and the comprehensive index of lawn appearance after turning green was also significantly higher than that of the blank control. This fully demonstrates the application potential of the composite microbial agent in practice.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and relates to a method for applying an air-dried sludge microbial agent to resist low temperature of tall fescue. Background technique [0002] As an important part of urban landscaping, lawn has been gradually known for its ecological benefits and economic benefits. First of all, as an ecosystem, the lawn is a huge carbon source storage, and the lawn vegetation can assimilate CO in the atmosphere 2 , and lawn soil can also absorb CO in the atmosphere 2 . Lal's research shows that grassland soils in the world can absorb and deposit 0.01-0.3Gt of carbon per year. thus reducing CO in the air 2 to reduce the greenhouse effect to a certain extent. Secondly, the dense surface covering layer and grass root layer formed by the lawn have a good effect on preventing soil erosion. Third, the lawn has the ability to absorb SO in the air 2 and NO 2 And other toxic gases release oxyg...
