Abstract

The invention provides an interfacial agent for building external thermal-insulation glass wool boards and a preparation method thereof. The interfacial agent is prepared from water, a wetting agent, a surfactant, a silane coupling agent, a nano inorganic antimicrobial agent, aluminum hydroxide, expanded graphite, a polymer emulsion and a pH regulator. The interfacial agent enhances the water resistance and alkali resistance of the glass wool boards, can enhance the binding strength with the wall surface, and is easier for on-site works for construction; the volatile organic compound (VOC) content and free formaldehyde content are very low, and the mold resistance, flame retardancy and water resistance are greatly enhanced; and thus, in the service process, the interfacial agent can effectively prevent fibers from flying about, and has a favorable protective action on the environment.
